Our Head Chef, Karl Burdock, is passionate about food, its source and production.

He leads a young and innovative team and is committed to selecting ingredients that are both local and seasonal and to the creation of dishes that are refined, yet simple and full of flavour. Our cooking style can be described as, Modern Mediterranean.
